Use accurate information when making an enquiry and ensure you are authorised to represent your organisation. This website does not create patient accounts or register you for screening. Website use is subject to the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Rules.
Specific consent for an enquiry
Before preparing an email enquiry, the form asks you to actively choose whether Swastha Technovations Private Limited may use your name, organisation, email, optional phone and requirements to respond and arrange the requested discussion. The box is not preselected. The email draft records that choice and the notice version. You still decide whether to send the email.
Separate services need separate consent
Enquiry consent is not permission to upload medical reports, conduct screening, share patient records, train AI systems, send unrelated promotions or charge a payment. Those activities require the relevant notice and authorisation in the service where they take place. You cannot give blanket consent for another person without appropriate authority.
Changing your choice
You can abandon the form or delete an unsent email draft. After sending an enquiry, contact info@atmaparikshan.com to withdraw consent for follow-up or request access, correction or deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.
